Welcome to Trinity Concierge. By purchasing a ticket and participating in one of our curated experiences, you (“Primary Booker”) agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
All reservations are subject to availability and must be paid in full at the time of booking. Once payment is processed, your spot is confirmed, and a confirmation email will be sent to you. All bookings are non-transferable unless approved in writing by Trinity Concierge.
Trinity Concierge curates luxury, hosted experiences across various venues and transportation services. Itineraries may include visits to third-party restaurants, activity venues, and local attractions. While we strive to honor all scheduled plans, the itinerary is subject to change due to weather, vendor availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Transportation is provided by licensed third-party vendors who carry their own commercial insurance policies. Trinity Concierge does not own or operate the transportation services and is not responsible for delays, accidents, or incidents that may occur while in transit.
Third-party venues and vendors (e.g., restaurants, mini golf, bars, entertainment locations) are solely responsible for the services they provide. Trinity Concierge is not liable for any issues, injuries, or claims arising from services rendered by these establishments.
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward all staff, hosts, vendors, and fellow guests. Trinity Concierge reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest from the experience, without refund, for disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
By checking the box and completing this booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Trinity Concierge may photograph or record portions of the experience for promotional use. By attending, you grant permission to use your likeness in any photos, videos, or media without compensation.
Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings at all times during the experience, including during transportation, at third-party venues, and in public or shared spaces. Trinity Concierge will not be held liable for any lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged items under any circumstances. We encourage all guests to keep valuables with them at all times and to double-check their belongings before leaving any location or vehicle.
Trinity Concierge operates on a carefully planned schedule to ensure a seamless and timely guest experience. Guests are expected to return to the designated meeting point by the time communicated by the host or guide at each stop. In the event a guest is late and misses the scheduled departure to the next location, the itinerary will proceed as planned to avoid delays for other guests. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to arrange their own transportation to rejoin the group, and no refunds or credits will be issued for any portion of the experience missed due to lateness.
All guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times during the experience. Trinity Concierge does not provide supervision for minors and reserves the right to deny participation to any unaccompanied individuals under 21. If a minor is denied participation due to lack of appropriate supervision, no refund, credit, or compensation will be issued. The accompanying parent or guardian assumes full responsibility for the safety, behavior, and conduct of any minors in their care throughout the duration of the experience.
Trinity Concierge reserves the right to request valid government-issued identification from any guest under a reservation to verify age. By completing the booking, the Primary Booker acknowledges and agrees that all guests in their party must either be 21 years of age or older, or under 21 and accompanied by a recognized parent or legal guardian. If age cannot be verified, or if a minor is not properly accompanied, Trinity Concierge reserves the right to deny participation without issuing a refund. The Primary Booker will be held accountable and responsible for ensuring that all guests in their group meet these age and supervision requirements.
The individual who completes the booking (“Primary Booker”) is responsible for sharing these Terms of Service with all additional guests included in their reservation. By completing the booking, the Primary Booker acknowledges and agrees that they are accepting these terms on behalf of all participants in their party and assume full responsibility for their group’s adherence to the policies outlined herein. Trinity Concierge will hold the Primary Booker accountable for any violations of these terms, including but not limited to damages, misconduct, or failure to comply with experience guidelines by any member of their group.
Trinity Concierge does not serve, provide, or distribute any alcoholic beverages as part of its experiences. Guests are strictly prohibited from bringing, consuming, or transporting alcohol or any form of illegal drugs, controlled substances, or recreational narcotics—including but not limited to marijuana, THC products, or vape pens containing prohibited substances—on the bus or in any Trinity Concierge–designated vehicle or venue.
Any guest found in possession of alcohol or drugs may be asked to discard the item(s) immediately or may be removed from the experience without refund. Trinity Concierge maintains a zero-tolerance policy to ensure a safe, respectful, and legally compliant environment for all guests and team members.

By booking with Trinity Concierge, guests acknowledge and accept that expressions of faith—including prayer, scripture references, or verbal affirmations of our beliefs—may be part of the experience. These expressions are not intended to impose religious views on others, but rather to reflect the foundation upon which Trinity Concierge was built.

In such cases, Trinity Concierge reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any portion of the experience without liability, though reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or provide a comparable alternative.
Guests are responsible for assessing their own physical and medical condition prior to participating in any part of the experience. Trinity Concierge is not responsible for accommodating medical needs unless disclosed and confirmed in advance. Some portions of the itinerary may involve walking, standing, or visiting venues with limited accessibility. Guests with mobility challenges or medical concerns should contact us prior to booking to ensure accommodations can be met.
While Trinity Concierge makes efforts to accommodate dietary preferences, we are not responsible for the preparation of food at third-party venues and cannot guarantee allergen-free meals. Guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions must disclose them in advance and take full responsibility for any consumption risks. Trinity Concierge is not liable for any allergic reactions or adverse health effects resulting from food or beverage consumption.
Guests are responsible for any intentional or negligent damage they cause to Trinity Concierge property (including decor, photography equipment, or merchandise), vehicles, or any third-party venue we visit. The Primary Booker may be held liable for damages caused by individuals in their party. Trinity Concierge reserves the right to invoice the responsible party for costs associated with repair, replacement, or professional cleaning.
Trinity Concierge reserves the right to refuse service to any individual, at its sole discretion, if a guest’s behavior is deemed unsafe, disrespectful, disruptive, or in violation of these Terms. This includes guests who arrive intoxicated, under the influence of illegal substances, or who pose a threat to the safety or comfort of others. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances.
Trinity Concierge values guest feedback and encourages open communication regarding your experience. In the event of a dispute or concern, guests agree to contact Trinity Concierge directly and allow a reasonable period for resolution before pursuing legal action or issuing public complaints. This helps us maintain integrity and resolve matters professionally and biblically.
