Reservation fee is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit and debit cards.

Full payment will be processed at the beginning of your reservation.

Cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours before scheduled reservation time will incur a non-refundable 25% cancellation fee.

3. Service Terms

You are responsible for providing accurate booking information, including pick-up location, drop-off location, and special requests.

Any additional service requests outside of the initial itinerary will require additional payment. Requests outside of the initial scheduled hours will incur additional charges.

You must adhere to all Federal, State, and/or Local laws and regulations during the ride. Consumption of alcohol by passengers under the legal drinking age is strictly prohibited, as is consumption of any illicit drugs or substances by anyone, at any time.

Trinity Concierge LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger who poses a threat to the safety of the driver or other passengers.

The parties understand that this is not an exclusive arrangement, and they are free to enter into other agreements with other parties. However, Trinity Concierge LLC agrees not to enter into any agreement that conflicts with its obligations under this agreement. Furthermore, Trinity Concierge LLC acknowledges that it will not enter into any other agreement that overlaps with the reservation times stated in your itinerary.

In the event customer reservation time has ended and the driver is unable to get in contact with rider(s), the customer will be granted a 20min grace period. If the rider(s) cannot be reached during this time, the driver reserves the right to end the reservation and proceed with their schedule.

Customers are not permitted to leave any personal belongings in the vehicle at any time. Should any items be left behind, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to track and retrieve their belongings. Neither the driver nor Trinity Concierge shall be held liable for any lost, misplaced, or damaged items left in the vehicle during or after the reservation.

4. Driver Conduct

Trinity Concierge LLC drivers are trained and licensed. They are expected to adhere to all traffic laws and regulations. Drivers are required to maintain a clean and presentable vehicle at all times.

Any complaints regarding driver conduct should be reported to our customer service immediately.

5. Liability

Trinity Concierge LLC is not liable for any personal belongings left in the vehicle, although we will make all reasonable efforts to contact you, as well as secure any such items, left in the vehicle.

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather conditions, or road closures.
